Hi, page 135 of the level 5 preview chapter on amazon.co.uk is useful start

The SCH 52 unit on OCR

barriers include financial, communcational, attitudinal, institutional, organisational, knowledge of sources and systems, availability and attendance

For supportive reading the level 3 engage in personal development sample chapter may help
