Default Help please - Need to produce a 5 point plan for suspected meningitis?

Hi there,
Could do with a little help please :)
I need to:
Produce a 5 point action plan to follow if a child is suffering from any or all of the following signs and symptoms: Severe headache, feeling nauseous, raised temperature, sensitivity to light, raised rash or spots.

Obviously its if meningitis is suspected but not sure what the action plan would be? Inform parents, call for an ambulance? Help please..

Thank You
Jenny xx
