Help SOS build positive relationships with people involved in the care of children ??????

hi please help am stuck on this part of the unit and have to have it complete asap.

1. explain why positive relationships with people involved in the care of children and young people??

2. demonstrate how to build postitive relationships with people omvolved in care of children and young people (i know this is normally completed with a observation but she sometimes ask for a written statement too )

People involved may include:

Colleagues
Organisational managers and supervisors
Carers/parents
Official visitors eg inspectorate for the UK home nation (Ofsted)
Other Visitors Collegues from other agencies and services (Early years)
External partners

any help would be great

Hi, This may help you with the first question

1. Positive relationships with these people benefit the child as we can share information quickly and accurately, give consistent care, identify needs and interests, make more effective plans for their care and education, monitor their welfare and share skills and ideas. It is important to have these positive relationships as if we don’t there is a danger that information may be withheld or passed on incorrectly. This could result in children not being given the support they need resulting in delayed development or, at worse, death.

i need some help for develop positive relationships with children, young people and others involved in their care?

1.1 - Explain why positive relationships with children or yound people are important and how these are built and maintained

1.3 Evaluate own effectiveness in building relationships with children or young people

2.1 explain why positive relationships with people involved in the care of children and young people are important?
