Help SOS contribute to reviews of behaviour policies

Can someone help. Not had a classroom observation because assessor cross referenced my work so she said didn't need one. She told me i have 2 questions to answer which are supposed to be obs but just have to write about it.

Q 5.3 Use own knowledge of promoting positive behaviour to contribute to reviews of behaviour policies, including bullying, attendance and the effectiveness of rewards and sanctions?

Q 5.4 provide clear and considered feedback on the effectiveness of behaviour management strategies to inform policy review and development?

My school says we don't get involved with policies

Someone please help if possible.

If I remember rightly on this one you had to look at all the policies, behaviour will probably include sanctions etc so you should just need this policy. You then have to say whether you think the school could make amendments to certain areas such as rewards etc and what changes you might suggest or implement. Remember the school at any time can read your file so be careful as to what to say!

Hope this helps a bit!
