please can anybody help with this question i've been stuck for ages! my mind is completely blank and got my assessor in the morning

Hi, welcome to the site, reflection is a great tool to examine times of difficulty and challenge. On page 399 of the Collins level 3 handbook - on amazon.co.uk it lists strategies that you might find relevant to your setting and practice;

researching on the internet
reading books
speaking to your supervisor
watching how others deal with similar situations
asking questions of your peers/colleagues
practising your responses by looking at case studies
