Default Mind blank! safegaurding

Hi I was wondering if anyone could give me a little push in the right direction this is one of my last questions in safeguarding before I finish that unit.
Outline the following relating to safeguarding children and young people
a) Current legislation
b) Local policies and procedures
c) Settings policies and practices for safeguarding children and young people and adults working with them.

The third one I think is pretty straight forward I'm guessing that just wants my setting P&P which is ok it's B I'm mainly gone blank

thanks in advance for any help
