Or, use the development plan you've already made. It ought to demonstrate what professional interests you have, the opportunities that exist in your setting & outside of it to further develop your professional interests by finding training, and show how you're able to prioritise, rearrange/review your learning needs by identifying the areas that are most important to you and to your working practice.
