I'm confused EYE level 3, Unit 1 Q11!

Can anyone direct me please? I am having a complete meltdown on Q11, unit 1. I need to find how to record food intake and also how nurseries record holding appropriate food safety certificate, to make sure criteria is met. Many thanks in advance.

Hi welcome to the site. How does your setting record the foods/meals & drinks that the children have?

Page 16 of this level 3 handbook looks at the importance of recording food intake and how those records need to be shared with parents.

Hope this helps
