hi if you look at diifernet types of transitions that children experience such as being with a new primary carer, moving settings, changes to family structure, illness or bereavement, moving home ect and then look at the impact these could have such as withdrawal, clinginess, depression, food issues, regression, aggression and so on you can then think about the importance of positive relationships during this time such as the key person approach someone whom the child feels secure with this person can monitor the reactions of the child in their new situation and communicate with others who are involved in the care of them if further support is required.

hope this gives you a starting point
