Help SOS Reflecting on own practice unit 001 task c

Hi can anyone help me with this question please, I'm having a brain freeze............................

List the different ways you can reflect on your own practice and how will this help you to become a better practitioner?

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

hi there you can reflect on your own practise by asking for feedback from your colleagues , think about what you are weak at and try to improve, be open to suggestions about how you can change, and going back over what you have done that day and see if you could do anything different or better hope this helps
