Help SOS cypcore 33 - 3.2

Explain policies and procedures that are in place to protect children and yp and adults who work with them.

I am a childminder and i work alone so i change nappys alone and take children to the toilet alone. I am in my house alone so i cannot write about working in an open and transparent way. This is aimed at nursery settings and i am finding 3.2 really hard to write. Any advice will be fantastic.
Thanks

You work on your own so your P & Ps need to be very secure and transparent when sharing them with parents.

For example, you might write a nappy changing procedure to go alongside your nappy / toilet training policy which talks about how you will protect the child's dignity, promote independence etc. This will be shared with parents and their comments and wishes will be noted.

Hth :)
