hi drew,
one of the things you can be creative through is cooking such as
From a cooking activity the children have learnt about food, hygiene, social skills, math skills, reading skills, following instructions, cleaning equipment, being creative, thinking and listening skills, healthy foods and how important it is, independence skills and becoming confident, where their food is grown and which country it comes from.
its things like that hope this helps x

I wrote more about what skills they learn thru creativity and how they use these skills in life..for example by being creative and allowed to express themselves they learn to overcome problems which may arise, for if something they create doesnt go to plan for example. this helps them with problem solving skills which can be used throughout life and then went on to explain how one of my children has overcome problem in a different area..e.g how to climb over obstacle to get to other side

1.2: I just googled solitary, group, sedentary and active and wrote abit about each one.
1.3: I basically wrote that formal activity is often completed in a group and follows a set layout with a leader e.g dance class. Whereas informal such as creative thinking is someone doing something for themselves with no guidelines...they lead themselves with their own ideas
