Depending on age. If they are 1 - 2 it is 1 staff for every 3 children if they are 2 - 3 its 1 staff to every 4 children.
Hope that helps

Going on experience we work on a ratio of 1 staff to 8 children indoors and 1 staff to 5 children if outdoors.
