Default Level 3 Safeguarding 3.2

This unit is giving me a headache! Question 3.2 EXPLAIN policies and procedures that are in place to protect C & YP and adults who work with them.

This seems simple enough but I am really far behind and so have been doing this for hours solid and now my brain has given up!!!

Any help would be gratefully received... thanks

My tutor has given me some pointers which are confusing me even more -
Property & behaviour, personal care,off site visits, physical contact, photography, working in an open way, whistle blowing, duty of care??????

Yes I am in a school and so yes I can't get to the policy. It's the explain bit I'm worried about- how in depth do I go?

hi emma,
these are the headings i used
working in an open and transparent way
duty of care
listening to children and young people
whistle blowing
power and position of trust
priority and behaviour
physical contact
off site visits
intimate personal care
photography and video
sharing concerns and recording/reporting incidents
I wrote about a paragraph or a little more for each, hope this helps if you need some info i will private message you just let me know x
