TDA 3.10 Plan and devliver learning activities under the direction of a teacher.

Please help!
I am really stuck on how to plan and prepare learning activities, as directed by the teacher for:
Individual Learners
small groups of learners.
What do i need to include in this is it just objectives, context and intended outcomes?
