EYFS 2014 , it introduces itself, explaining what the legal status is -
statutory,
mandatory, what laws the framework refers to, who it impacts and why.
For the other 3 criteria, contact your tutor or assessor to check if you ought to be using the EYFS 2012 framework when the 2014 iteration is the the current legal requirement.
