Default My Notes

Heya Noshad, I’ve just done this unit and can help you.

The skills needed for good communication - verbal communication (open and closed questions) and non-verbal communication (eye contact, gestures etc.)

You adapt by changing tone of voice, nodding you head for adults and “ooohhh yes” or ” that’s nice” for a child.

You have to adapt the context to overcome barriers such as environmental. Other barriers include cultural or language barriers. :chat:

Hope these notes help,

Little Roo
