Who reports to who in your setting?

Who has responsibilities eg. who would you report a health & safety issue to? a child protection concern? children's learning needs - senco? colleague with key person responsibilities?

Manager or leader, designated officer?

EYMP 3 - 1.2, draw the staff structure of your placement and then briefly explain what the reporting and responsibilities are of the staff.
