Default Referral Process for children & young people

Can any one help, do I relate this to my work setting which is a school or just to children and young people in general??? please help as my mind has gone blank. Thanks to any one if you can push me in right direction

Hi, if you use what your setting does with its referral process as the basis for the criteria, during the course of further research you may go on to see how different settings across the country organise their referral process.
