Why not try a forum search for the answer?

I have just answered the question in another thread and I am sure there are other threads knocking around with more ideas.

I got this signed off by doing a table.
Different types of behaviour and their strenghts and weaknesses.
I used positive reinforcement, modelling positive behaviour, individual behaviour planning, time out, use of physical intervention, golden rules and supporting childrens reflection on and management of behaviour.
