Hi, this thread is 8 months old, the search page will help you find others that you might find useful, use words from the unit title or assessment criteria that you're having problems with as unit numbers & references can vary between awarding bodies. xx

If you google the question it will come up with lot's of ideas, it basically means you have to show respect and understanding when a child is talking to you. Come down to eye level, keep eye contact at all times, show that your interested in what they have to say, sort problems out respectically. Things like that.
