Help SOS Help with TDA 2.4

Hi I'm new to the site.
I'm in need of some help on my first assignment:
The importance of supporting the rights of all children and young people to equality of access
~ why is it important that all children and young people are able to access classroom facilities?
~ what acts or codes of practice enforce equality of access?
~ How can you ensure that children and young people have access to learning activities?
Feeling a little silly asking all this feel like giving up but must plod on
Any help would be great

Thanks
Louise
