Default Cultural & ethnical care for hair and teeth

Please help, at my next meeting I have to discuss this with my assessor, have looked at this question now for a few days and cannot get started, please help!!

Think about what some cultures use on their hair , wide tooth comb, oils. I searched on Google. Also tale into account the parents preference.
