witness status

has anyone done this i have no idea how to do this what is it firstly, i just got the hang of reflective account.

witness status is the form at the front of your NVQ folder people sign when they have written you a witness statement, it shows who they are and what experience they have relavant to the standards.

Witness statements other members of staff write on your work activities,

YOU dont do anything at all. the assessor should explain it all to those who wish to be witnesses and in any case they may not even be used far better evidence can be gained from other sources.
