Hi everyone. Wondered if you could help. I have just one question left to complete 305, but I really dont get it.
It's k3p245 what techniques of monitoring data collection, analysis and evaluation do you use at your setting for inclusiveness and anti-discriminatory practice?

I think I wrote something along the lines of......if you look at the data on your current children in the setting, if, for instance you live in an area with a large section of the community is an ethic minority and you have none in your setting, you need to investigate why....isyour setting in a church hall? does this put off parents from other faiths? does your advertising reflect an open to all ethos? do you use other laungages on your advertising materials? how you can ensure your not discrimating against any social groups... ect. I hope that helps.
