I AM VERY RUSY. looking at things on here you all sound as you know what you are talking about so any help would be great. the first question in 301 is the importance of good working relationships in the setting, can anybody guide me.

Hiya Wendy... You will got a lot of help on here. I just completed my CCLD Level Three and I had such a lot of help from everyone on here..... That question stumped me for a while. But it is important to have a good relationship with your colleagues because that leads to better communication between you. This communication is important for the children in your care to see. Positive communication. Also if there are problems within the setting a good relationship means they can get sorted out easily as people will not be hesitant to approach each other. Hope this helps a little
