Smile getting started

hi its wendy
have read lots of things on the site and decided to take the bull by the horns and start a ccldl 3. It is a long time since i have done anything like this so HELP. I AM VERY RUSY. looking at things on here you all sound as you know what you are talking about so any help would be great. the first question in 301 is the importance of good working relationships in the setting, can anybody guide me.

its about how you work as a team member, how you sort out disagreements with co workers and what impact a calm and happy team have appose to a uptight team who do not get along.....hope that helps x

Hiya Wendy... You will got a lot of help on here. I just completed my CCLD Level Three and I had such a lot of help from everyone on here..... That question stumped me for a while. But it is important to have a good relationship with your colleagues because that leads to better communication between you. This communication is important for the children in your care to see. Positive communication. Also if there are problems within the setting a good relationship means they can get sorted out easily as people will not be hesitant to approach each other. Hope this helps a little
