By showing respect for others we show that we value them as individuals and this also contributes to building a strong team. We also must respect our parents /carers in the setting so that they will always feel secure in talking to us about any concerns or issues they may have. We teach mainly by example of course and by showing and demonstrating that we value and respect others as individuals we teach our children that this is the best way and that it is successful.
