cyp 3.6 common barriers to intergrated working?

explain common barriers to intergrated working and mutli agencies working and how these can be overcome.

explain how and why referrals are made between agencies

analyse the potential tension between maintaining confidentiality with the need to diclose information
a where abuse of a child or young person is suspected
b whenit is suspected that a crime has / may be committed

last few question and another unit bits the dust please help
