You need to say in which way your setting makes sure that staff do not discriminate against or show bias towards or against any child/groups of children

eg, children should not be discriminated against on the grounds of gender, race, disability, religion, culture, ability, disability, family background, SEN, EAL etc..

Staff should not be biased against children for the above reasons and should not show preference for particular children....

Really it is to do with your settings equality/inclusion policy and how you treat the children equally to boost their self esteem, learning potential, positive experiences etc

i put this for mine
I would respond to bias and discrimination from staff, children or parents by:

Offering additional training to staff
Showing the parents our policy on discrimination, which says we do not exclude or discriminate against any one regardless of their race, culture, origin, disability or social problems
Show children different aspects of cultures by using books, puzzles or cooking
