Help SOS Level 3 Unit 052 5.1 Evaluate how learning activities have affected practice?

Hi all, i'm new to this site and im 2 months in to my level 3 and oh boy is it just me or is it hard. My brain is now frazzled and i just cant answer this question right! Evaluate how learning activities have affected practice.
I would be really gratefull for some help from anyone!!!
