what are the nutritional needs of children...
children need lots of different things to thrive and develop. vitamins, minerals, carbs, protien, calcium etc etc
write about why they need them. carbs for growth and energy, calcium for healthy teeth and bones, write about what foods and drinks they are in and finally how much a child needs each day. maybe do a weekly food menu
monday
snack: apple banana and raisons (milk)
lunch: fish pies with vegatables, apple pie and custard (water)
snack: egg, ham and cheese spred sandwiches, yogurt (milk)

tuesday......
