Help SOS attitudes or beliefs do not obstruct the quality of work.

hi everyone,
i am completely stuck on this one/two so any help would be like finding that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.....

firstly..
Describe ways to ensure that personal attitudes or beliefs do not obstruct the quality of work.

for this one i understand it and why it important but am really struggling on wording it...

Describe with examples the importance of all staff consistently and fairly applying boundaries and rules for children and young people’s behaviour in accordance with the policies and procedures of the setting.

thanks in advance
