Customer Service Help Needed.

Hi all,
I am doing my level 3 diploma, and one of my modules is all about 'Preparing to deliver excellent customer service'. I have completed most of it but am really struggling with 4 parts on it. These are:
* Identify customer related legislation and external regulations and how these may affect customer service
*Outline how business service improvements might be limited by legislation
*Explain how the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act etc (1974) are relevant to customer service
*Explain individual health and safety responsibilities while delivering customer service

I have googled endlessly and am still not sure what they are asking of me. I am so frustrated as I am nearly at the end of my course so any help or idea's would be greatly apprecaited!
