Hi in order to make a decision on this you need to research those three points. Which handbook or materials has your tutor recommended you use?

You can read about the different types of schools on the government website here:
https://www.gov.uk/types-of-school/overview

What you'll do on nationalcareers.direct.gov.uk

Challenges might be what you know about children's SEN and their complex needs, working together to overcome problems with communication and difficulties with physical movement. Eating, talking, sight, hearing, sensitivity to touch, walking.

Rewards are the close relationships you build when getting to know individual children, how their needs differ to others, what you can do to support their learning, development, independence, self-identity and work in partnership with their families and carers.

Hope this helps a little x
