Default ofsted responsibilities

One of my assignments asks me to 'Outline the responsibilities of Ofsted'.
They said i need to add more detail and expand on other respomsibilities in such as fostering. This is what i wrote before they gave my feedback.

Ofsted stands for the office for standards in education, children’s services and skills. Ofsted’s responsibilities include, inspecting schools and academies as well as some independent schools and educational institutes. They also inspect childcare services and initial teacher training. When Ofsted have been in a school it is their responsibility to produce and publish their reports of what they found in the school so they can be used to compare. They can compare in the quality of education and training as well as comparing them against other schools on a general aspect. Ofsted also have the responsibility to determine how effective policies are in schools, if they aren’t so effective then they need to report back to those who produced the policy and have it amended. Another responsibility is to regulate early years and children social care services to ensure they are stable for potential vulnerable children.

Any help? Thanks :)
