Help SOS legal background to children's personal choice?

HEY

I know this isnt the right thread but it kind of relates to it, im not sure how i can re post this into a fresh thread

im so stuck! can someone please please help me get through these questions. i beg you

CYP3.7 Assessment Criterion 1.3
Explain the legal background to ensuring that children are able to express personal choice and contribute to experience

Describe the benefit of ensuring children are able to make choices and enjoy a range of experiences, in terms of their outcome and life chances

Pleaseee.. im so stuck.. feel like crying!

Hi, legal background to this includes UNCRC - united nations convention on the rights of the child and your home nations framework. If you're working in England this will be EYFS 2014 which has statutory grounding in the childcare act 2006. Inside this framework it supports children being actively invited to express themselves, make choices based on personal preferences and take part in all the activities that a setting plans for its inside, outside and offsite provision, which in turn makes sure children have access to a whole variety of experiences.
