Default cultural dietary needs of different religious groups?

stuck on a chart which identifies the dietary requirements of different cultural of religious groups. please help x

The heinnman book has a fabulous table that I used for this (page 270)

While not as thorough, http://www.diet.com/g/religion-and-dietary-practices may give you what you need
