Default Adapting way you communicate to meet individual needs

This should be quite an easy one but I guess I am not in the zone!

I need to write a reflective account about a time when I have adapted the way I communicate to meet individual needs.

OK we do this all the time, depending on who we are talking to (I am a Childminder by the way)

I need to relate this question to KSc180/181/182/183/184/185 so it's really about positive relationships and communication with adults!

I was thinking I could relate this to personal requirements of parents for their children i.e. dietary requirements as I am often confirming the parents changing dietary requirements for their children.

Can you get me started? Thank You

Butterflies
