How practioners can protect themselves within their everday practice in the work duri

Please cam someone enlighten me on these 2 questions!

How do practioners can take steps to protect themselves within their everyday practice in the work setting during both on and off site visits?

Explain ways in which concerns about poor practice can be reported, including protective measures for whistleblowers and those whose practice or behaviour is being questioned?
