Help SOS explain how to access extra support or services to enable individuals to communicate effectively???

hi please help!!

i have got to write how i would access the extra support/ services in my nursery???

I know about it but just cant word it and put it in enough detail

any help would be great thanks :)

if i had a issue with behaviour/speech/physical dev etc in my nursery i would......... what would you do who would you contact, give examples, what is their ref process etc
