Hi a warm welcome to the site.

This is asking how you record, mark down the food related information for your setting's children/adults? - knowing the dietary requirements involved in your setting.

Coeliac - about and recipes
Lactose intolerance
Nut allergies
Vegan
Vegetarian
Faith based food needs - religions from BBC

What information do you ask for when children are enroling at your setting?
How do parents let you know when they are aware of new/existing dietary requirements for their children?
What paperwork do you keep to record/evidence this?
How is everyone made aware of children's needs - to ensure chiildren are protected from foods that cause them risk and everyone knows what intolerances/needs are involved when making meals, snacks, planning food based activities, serving.

Hth, enjoy Silkysteps xx
