hi any help would be great just cant get my head aroud this one as i work with under 5 im so stuck.

how do you give Give meaningful praise and encouragement and encourage self-esteem,confidence sand resilience. to the age group 7 to 11

Hi,

On k3d218,219 & 220 you only need to do the question that relates to the age group you are working with so for example I work in a creche with babies and children age range 6wks to 5yrs so i did question k3d218 for 0-3yr olds.

So you just need to do k3d218 if your working with under '5' s.

hi for some reason i have to do all 4 age groups so im find it really hard.

Thats strange because in the nvq booklet it says select ONE of the following four age ranges that covers the age range you currently work with and provide knowledge evidence for the points listed

0-3 points 1 -25
3-7
7-12
12 - 16 yrs

You may want to clarify this with your tutor as its pointless doing unecessary work, there is enough to do as it is hun!!!
