Hi.. The question is

Talk about ways of moving, lifting and handling objects of your choice within the setting.

Not really sure what it wants me to write

Briefly describe the regulations covering manual handling. K3P189

When lifting and carrying children and equipment you should always follow the correct procedure:
- stand in front of the child or object with your feet at shoulder width apart,
- always bend knees, not back and keep back straight,
- asses the weight of the child or object,
- make sure you are firmly holding the child,
- test that you can safely lift,
- avoid twisting or bending as you lift.
