Default Please Help! Level 3, last 2 questions

Hi all, i have 2 questions left on my level 3, stage A.

I am so stuck, i think i have just done so much i have hit a mind block!

Could anyone please help me....

17.4: Explain what services are provided by individuals and agencies that children and young people can be referred to.

17.5: Explain how you would identify the most appropriate referral opportunity for children and young people

Any help would be much appreciated.

TIA

Hi I haven't done this one yet but on reading it I would look at Partnership working.
Unit 2.5 in the Penny Tassoni cache level 3 book is a great place to start table 2.5.1 lists professionals who support children and families also go back further in to unit 2.2 and read about the Team around the child and Common Assessment framework (CAF) both of which help begin the process of coordinating addition support.
