Help SOS TDA3.2 schools as organisations

Hi everyone just wondering if anyone could help out on this part- give some examples of how the following legisiation helps to protect you as an employee in your workplace
1) special education needs code of practice(2002)
2)childrens act (2004) every child matters
Any help would be greatly appreciated as my mind has turned to mush and like others on here feel like packing it all in.
cheers:
