Whoop whoop - yayy understand child and young person development

Help, just been given my Level 3 Diploma for the children and young peoples Workforce (QCF). dont know what to do. 1.1 explain the sequence and rate of each aspect of development from birth - 19 years. has any one started this course and could give me some advice.:
