Confused Explain why and how referrals are made to different agencies.

hello
This is it, my last question to answer!! and i need to be pointed in the right direction, i have already written a few paragraphs but feel am not quite grasping
the question and just jabbering on a bit...

Explain why and how referrals are made to different agencies.

Any help would be fantastic.

you need to find some agencies such as SLT and explain how you would refer and why its simple if you google their sites and look at their ref process
