Checking labels for salt/fats/calories; parents not putting body image/weight issues onto children; informing parents how to see how much they serve in one portion and checking it against how much intake is actually required, ie, watching for when the child is full or eating for the sake of eating, or if the child finishes a plate and is still hungry and how much food is thrown away at the end of meals... I don't have my folder to hand so that's all I can remember! I rambled on like that anyway and got it signed off so I must have done something right! Oh, and I wrote about the importance of portion control/regulated eating for diabetes diets.
