Default Please help clarify reflective and witness accounts.

Hi,
I'm new to the forum, and just started the level 3 cypw today. Today was mostly an induction, but we wont be back in college for about a month. We've been given a sheet to write out reflective and witness accounts & I'm unsure how many I need to do, what they should be reflecting on etc. Do I need to do at least one for each unit, as there's a box to reference which unit the account is relevant to. Should I be aiming to do a certain amount per week? Any advice would be great, as I feel a bit out of my depth today.
