I need some advice, I really hope you can offer some.
What would you do if a member of staff did something that was discussed at a staff meeting and they all verbally agreed they would not do this thing. Nothing is down in writing and nothing was said about what would happen if they did this thing.
you spoke the member of staff and they admitted what they had done and said they hadnt thought about the consequences.
how would you proceed
verbal warning or slap on the wrist.
